  • We have put together a package to allow this process to run smoothly. Please read the provided information, closely. This will help you understand our expectations from you during your visit to Cordelia Pool/Double Oaks Family Aquatic Center/Ramsey Creek Beach

    We ask that you schedule your group in advance. Requests will not be accepted before 9:00am, March 3, 2026, for our internal camps and 9:00am, April 1, 2026, for all external camps. Keep in mind, reservations operate on a first come, first served basis.

    To secure your reservation at one of our Outdoor Aquatic Sites: -This entire form must be completed, signed and submitted.

    -Space reserved is on a first come, first served basis.

    -RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED PRIOR TO RECEIVING COMPLETED FORM.

    -Completion of this form does not guarantee availability. You will receive a phone or email confirmation. At that time, you can negotiate alternative times if your request is not available.

  • Cordelia Pool/Double Oaks/Ramsey Creek Beach Group Policies and Procedures

    Scheduling

    • Group Requests must be made by request form.
    • Groups are scheduled in pre-determined 1 hr blocks during the Summer.
    • Groups are limited to 50 swimmers or less.
    • Children must be at least 6 years of age.

    Camp Times

    • Cordelia Pool: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

    • Double Oaks: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

    • Ramsey Creek Beach: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

    On Arrival

    • Please have children in swimsuits prior to arriving, ready to get into the water.
      • County Health Department requires that all swimmers must wear an actual swimsuit.
      • Just shorts and t-shirts are not appropriate swimwear. No Jeans!
    • Groups will line children outside the front gate/entrance door.
    • While children wait outside with your staff, your Staff Leader will enter the Main Entrance to check in and pay. Cost is $2 per child. Counselors do not pay.

    For summer groups, Adult Chaperones are considered Age 16 yrs and older.

    Chaperones in Pool

    • Chaperones must be in swim suits and in the water with the children!
    • The adult to child ratio in the water is 1:10 (ie: 11 children in the water = 2 adults in the water.)
    • Failure to meet these ratios will result in loss of swim time for your group.

    Chaperones in Locker Rooms

    • Chaperones must accompany ALL children to the appropriate locker rooms!
    • Children must use same gender locker room or family locker room and be accompanied by a chaperone.

    Swimming

    • Lifeguards are here to enforce rules and keep your children safe. Please help them do their jobs.
    • Life jackets are available on a first come, first served basis.
    • If there is lightning, the pools will close for 30 minutes from the last strike, or until nearest lightning strike is 10 miles away.
    • The pools will close at least 30 minutes after cleaning in the event of vomit or defecation.
    • Food or Drinks are not permitted in the Pool Area of any facility.

    Exiting

    • After Swim time, Groups will go into the locker room area to dry and change.
      -Please Note Chaperone restrictions in locker rooms.
